Each class will begin with an awareness practice of relaxing and sensing your body in space followed by Hanna Somatic movements to connect with, unwind, and integrate all the major muscles in the body. Think of this like a yoga class without the sweating. The transformative power of Somatics in a group setting allows you to move independently; exploring within yourself new opportunities for growth and understanding.
